ДИНАМИКА РЕСУРСНОСТИ МЫШЛЕНИЯ ВРАЧЕЙ НА СТАДИЯХ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛИЗАЦИИ

Аннотация: Актуальность проведенного исследования обусловлена необходимостью расширения и углубления научных представлений о роли характеристик ресурсности мышления в профессиональной деятельности врачей, поскольку решение данной проблемы позволит определить пути и способы повышения эффективности лечебной работы. Основная гипотеза: ресурсность мышления врачей имеет гетерохронный характер и зависит от стадий профессионализации субъекта. Исследование осуществлялось с 2019 по 2021 гг. и включало в себя сбор, обработку и интерпретацию эмпирических данных. В исследовании приняли участие врачи с разным стажем работы и разных специализаций (фтизиатры, терапевты, кардиологи, педиатры, хирурги, неврологи, офтальмологи), работающие в клиниках города Ярославля. Общая выборка составила 100 человек. На разных этапах работы применялись следующие методы: теоретический анализ литературы, психодиагностические опросники, методы статистической обработки эмпирических данных, включающие в себя анализ достоверности различий с помощью критерия U–Манна-Уитни для независимых выборок, корреляционный анализ с использованием рангового коэффициента корреляции r-Спирмена. Результаты: описаны психологические механизмы и закономерности, обеспечивающие динамику профессионализации врачей, проявляющуюся в овладении новыми компетенциями и в совершенствовании имеющихся профессиональных знаний, умений, навыков. Врачи на разных стадиях профессионализации осознают когнитивные и личностные ресурсные особенности, способствующие решению лечебно-диагностических задач и достижению поставленных медицинских целей. Впервые представлено понимание ресурсности мышления врачей на стадиях профессионализации. Представляется перспективным применение полученных результатов в оптимизации профессиональной подготовки врачей и повышении их квалификации.

Abstract: The relevance of the study is due to the need to expand and deepen scientific ideas about the role of the characteristics of the resource of thinking in the professional activities of doctors, since solving this problem will determine ways and ways to increase the effectiveness of medical work. The main hypothesis is that the resourcefulness of the thinking of doctors is heterochronous. It depends on the stages of professionalization of the subject. The study was carried out from 2019 to 2021. The study included the collection, processing and interpretation of empirical data. The study was attended by doctors with different backgrounds and specializations (phthisiatrists, therapists, cardiologists, pediatricians, surgeons, neurologists, ophthalmologists) working in clinics in the city of Yaroslavl. The total sample was 100 people. At different stages of the work the following methods were used: theoretical analysis of the literature, psychodiagnostic questionnaires, methods of statistical processing of empirical data, including analysis of the reliability of differences using the U-Mann-Whitney test for independent samples, correlation analysis using the rank coefficient of correlation r-Spearman.The results: The article describes the psychological mechanisms and regularities that ensure the dynamics of doctors' professionalisation, which manifests itself in mastering new competencies and improving the existing professional knowledge, skills and abilities. The doctors at different stages of professionalisation realize the personal resource features that contribute to treatment and diagnostic problems solving and achieving the set medical goals. An understanding of the resourcefulness of physicians' thinking at the stages of professionalisation is presented for the first time. It seems promising to use the results in optimizing the training of doctors and improving their skills.
