СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ЭТАП НАУЧНО-ТЕХНИЧЕСКОГО ПРОГРЕССА: РАЗВИТИЕ ИЛИ ДЕГРАДАЦИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕКА?

Аннотация. Факторами развития современного общества выступают максимизация потребления и повышение уровня ресурсов, ориентированных на максимизацию потребления. При этом основным инструментом развития человечества выступает научно-технический прогресс, который, выступая инструментом искусственного эволюционного развития, играет в этом процессе противоречивую роль: с одной стороны, создает методы и средства повышения уровня жизни и благополучия человека, с другой стороны, – приводит к негативным последствиям, таким как загрязнение окружающей среды, изменение климата, условия жизни VUCA и прочим. Одновременно научно-технический прогресс осуществляет компенсацию созданных им же негативных изменений в условиях жизни за счет новых технологий и создания технических средств адаптации к новым условиям жизнедеятельности. Драйвером научно-технического прогресса в современном обществе выступают цифровые технологии и системы искусственного интеллекта. Показано, что в перспективе научно-технические разработки могут привести к зависимости человека от искусственных устройств, которым человек передаст присущие ему функциональные способности, тем самым утратив свою естественную человеческую сущность. Вместе с тем, эти разработки позволят сохранить жизнеспособность человека в изменяемых неблагоприятных для жизни человека условиях. Это показывает высокую вероятность эпохи трансгуманизма. Проблему оптимизации соотношения положительных и отрицательных эффектов влияния научно-технического прогресса на жизнедеятельность человека, в том числе, сохранения гуманитарной сущности человека в процессе цифровизации, разработки и применения систем искусственного интеллекта в его жизнедеятельности, предложено решать в рамках раздела эргономики, который назван «гуманитарная эргономика».

Abstract. The factors of the development of modern society are the maximization of consumption and the increase in the level of resources focused on maximizing consumption. At the same time, the main instrument of human development is scientific and technological progress, which, acting as an instrument of artificial evolutionary development, plays a contradictory role in this process: on the one hand, it creates methods and means to improve the standard of living and human well-being, on the other hand, it leads to negative consequences, such as environmental pollution, climate change, living conditions of VUCA and others. At the same time, scientific and technological progress compensates for the negative changes in living conditions created by it due to new technologies and the creation of technical means of adaptation to new living conditions. The driver of scientific and technological progress in modern society is digital technologies and artificial intelligence systems. It is shown that in the future, scientific and technical developments can lead to a person's dependence on artificial devices, to which a person will transfer his inherent functional abilities, thereby losing his natural human essence. At the same time, these developments will allow to preserve human viability in changeable unfavorable conditions for human life conditions. This shows a high probability of the era of transhumanism. The problem of optimizing the ratio of positive and negative effects of the impact of scientific and technological progress on human life, including the preservation of the humanitarian essence of a person in the process of digitalization, the development and application of artificial intelligence systems in his life, is proposed to be solved within the section of ergonomics, which is called "humanitarian ergonomics".
