Аннотация. В данной статье автор ставить вопрос о трудоспособности, характере ее изменения и восстановления, всегда игравший определяющую роль в понимании болезни. Поэтому вопросы диагностики заболевания с помощью методов психологического эксперимента в трудовой терапии связаны с систематическим анализом работоспособности больного, и целесообразно с этой точки зрения оценивать динамику болезненности процесса. Э. Крепелин и К. Левин существенно расширили понимание закономерностей кривой работы за счет понятий насыщения и утомления, истинных и мнимых потребностей, показанной роли успеха и неуспеха, значения уровня притязания и т.д. Мясищев предположил, что система интегральной психологии человека должна быть построена на основе понятия сознательной личности и ее отношений к действительности. В статье он не касался понятий личности и отношений, но показал анализ работоспособности человека в его нормальном и болезненном состоянии. Мясищев выделил несколько важных положений. Во-первых, отдельные функциональные проявления могут быть поняты только на основе учета отношения человека к работе, мотивов и целей работы, сознавания им значения её, отношения к самому себе, требований к себе и к результату работы и т.д. Без такого понимания функциональный механизм представляется слепым, а анализ поверхностным и неправильным. Во-вторых, невозможно игнорировать проблему содержания работы, следует изучать работоспособность в связи с характером работы. В-третьих, важна роль обстановки, в которой протекает трудовой процесс. В-четвертых, требуется разносторонняя регистрация рабочего процесса, как в основной формуле деятельности, так и во всех сопутствующих ее реакциях.

Abstract. In this article, the author raises the question of working capacity, the nature of its change and recovery, which always plays a decisive role in understanding the disease. Therefore, issues of diagnosing a disease using psychological experimental methods in occupational therapy are associated with a systematic analysis of the patient’s working capacity, and it is advisable from this point of view to evaluate the dynamics of the painfulness of the process. E. Kraepelin and K. Lewin significantly expanded the understanding of the patterns of the work curve due to the concepts of saturation and fatigue, true and imaginary needs, the demonstrated role of success and failure, the meaning of the level of aspiration, etc. Myasishchev suggested that the system of integral human psychology should be built on the basis of the concept of a conscious personality and its relationship to reality. In his article, he did not touch upon the concepts of personality and relationships, but showed an analysis of a person’s working capacity in his normal and sick state. Myasishchev highlighted several important provisions. Firstly, individual functional manifestations can be understood only on the basis of taking into account a person’s attitude to work, motives and goals of work, his awareness of its significance, attitude towards himself, requirements for himself and for the result of work, etc. Without such an understanding, the functional mechanism appears blind, and the analysis is superficial and incorrect. Secondly, it is impossible to ignore the problem of the content of the work; the working capacity should be studied in connection with the nature of the work. Thirdly, the role of the environment in which the labor process takes place is important. Fourthly, a comprehensive registration of the work process is required, both in the main formula of activity and in all its accompanying reactions.
