Аннотация. В статье, посвященной 130-летию со дня рождения и 50-летию памяти Владимира Николаевича Мясищева, обсуждаются его немногочисленные, но значимые работы, в центре которых стояли психологические вопросы человека труда. В.Н. Мясищеву повезло еще в юности: он учился у А.Ф. Лазурского и В.М. Бехтерева, его научная деятельность была связана с Психоневрологическим институтом – учился и работал в нем, руководил им же около двадцати лет (уже Ленинградским Психоневрологическим институтом им. В.М. Бехтерева). Член-корреспондент АПН СССР. Автор первого полноценного отечественного метода личностно-ориентированной психотерапии и один из основоположников Петербургской школы психотерапии и психологии отношений. В случаях такой масштабной личности всегда возникает интерес к началу его научной деятельности: как формировался такой неординарный ученый? Что было вначале? В.Н. Мясищев участвовал в поистине историческом событии – Первой Всероссийской инициативной конференции по научной организации труда и производства (Петроград, 1921), где выступал с докладом о принципах организации научного изучения труда, где предложил понятия «эргология» и «эрготехника». В статье «Экспериментальные данные к вопросу о рефлексологии профессиональных типов» 1927 г. он выступил как последователь своего учителя В.М. Бехтерева, т.е. как рефлексолог труда, в то же время, как экспериментатор, преобразовав известную в то время методику парных ассоциаций (по К. Юнгу). И в третьей статье «Работоспособность и болезни личности» (1935) видно, как рождалась новая оригинальная психология, где основным понятием становилось «отношение».

Abstract. The article, dedicated to the 130th anniversary of birth and the 50th anniversary of the memory of Vladimir Nikolaevich Myasishchev, discusses his few works, which focused on the issues of people of work. V.N. Myasishchev was lucky in his early youth: he studied under A.F. Lazursky’s and V.M. Bekhterev’s guidance, his scientific activity was connected with the Psychoneurological Institute – he studied and worked in it, headed it for about twenty years (in those years – Leningrad Psychoneurological Institute named after V.M. Bekhterev). He was a corresponding member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the USSR, the author of the first full-fledged domestic method of person-oriented psychotherapy and one of the founders of the St. Petersburg school of psychotherapy and relationship psychology. In cases of such a large-scale personality, interest always arises in the beginning of his scientific activity: how did such an extraordinary scientist begin to form? what happened in the beginning? V.N. Myasishchev participated in a truly historical event – the First All-Russian Initiative Conference on the Scientific Organization of Labor and Production (Petrograd, 1921), where he gave a report on the principles of organizing the scientific study of labor, where he tried to introduce the concepts of “ergology” and “ergotechnics”. In the article “Experimental data on the issue of reflexology of professional types” in 1927, he acted as a follower of his teacher V.M. Bekhterev, i.e. as a labor reflexologist, at the same time, as an experimenter, transforming the technique of paired associations known at that time (according to the method of C. Jung). And in the third article, “Performance and Personality Illnesses” (1935), one can see how a new original psychology was born, where the main concept was of “attitude”.
