Аннотация. Представлены результаты анализа особенностей содержания и ограничений множества наиболее характерных концепций выбора путей научно-технического и социально-экономического развития. В данном множестве выделены четыре группы подходов: общеметодологических представлений, целостного рассмотрения проблем развития цивилизации, оценки особенностей развития отдельных технологических и социальных областей трансгуманизма, форсайта. С позиции постулатов новых парадигм естествознания (универсального эволюционизма, синергетики, квантовой теории поля) в анализируемом множестве концепций развития цивилизации наиболее значимым явлением считается рассмотрение нескольких видов ветвей эволюции человека: естественную эволюцию «неодушевленного» и «одушевленного» человека; эволюцию существ, создаваемых сегодня на базе высоких технологий, – искусственного интеллекта, киборгов, постчеловека; возможную эволюцию клонов, мутантов и других искусственно создаваемых существ. В анализе множества концепций цивилизационного развития выявлены следующие основные ограничения: 1) недостаточность планомерных исследований закономерностей эволюции материального мира и разумной жизни во Вселенной, роли и места человека и нашей цивилизации в космосе; 2) неполнота исследований цивилизационных аспектов проблемы смысла жизни, в частности, по определению гуманистических ориентиров, ценностей, идеалов и смыслов развития нашей цивилизации – не только общечеловеческих, но и общекосмических, – согласованных с закономерностями эволюции материи во Вселенной; 3) неполнота концептуальных представлений о материальной природе человека и его эволюции, взаимосвязях с окружающей реальностью, особенностях свойств и активности объектов высоких технологий и создаваемых искусственных существ, неопределенности, рисках и негативных последствиях научно-технической деятельности для человека, общества и природы. Представленные в статье материалы анализа современных концепций цивилизационного развития подчеркивают значимость постановки проблемы разработки гуманистически ориентированной идеологии научно-технического, социального и нравственно-духовного развития. Перспективой наших исследований является решение следующих теоретических вопросов: определение основных положений гуманистически ориентированной идеологии научно-технического, социального и нравственно-духовного развития (с учетом выявленных особенностей и ограничений современных концепций); анализ следствий основных положений предлагаемой идеологии и постановка проблем ее реализации в существующих условиях развития высоких технологий и социально-общественных отношений.

Abstract. Results of the analysis of features of the contents and restrictions of set of the most typical concepts of a choice of ways of scientific-technical and social-economic development are submitted. In the given set four groups of approaches are allocated: the general methodological concepts of research of prospects of development of the civilization, directed on complex, complete consideration of scientific-technical, social, cultural and natural-biological problems of development of our civilization, definition of meaning of the life and prospect of the human; works according to features of development of separate technological and social areas; approaches in a channel of trancehumanism; foresight researches. From a position of postulates of new paradigms of natural sciences (universal evolutionism, synergetics, the quantum theory of a field) in analyzed set of concepts of development of a civilization the most significant phenomenon is the consideration of several kinds of branches of evolution of the human: natural evolution of the "uninspired" and "inspired" human; evolution of the essences created today on the basis of high technologies – an artificial intellect, cyborgs, the posthuman; probable evolution of clones, mutants and others artificial created essences. The given situation of variety of evolutionary branches on our planet obviously contradicts postulates of universal evolutionism about existence general systems laws of evolution of a material world in the universe. In the analysis of set of concepts civilization developments also are revealed the following basic restrictions: 1) insufficiency of systematic researches of laws of evolution of a material world and a reasonable life in the universe, roles and places of the human and our civilization in space; 2) incompleteness of researches civilization aspects of a problem of meaning of the life, in particular, by definition of humanistic reference points, values, ideals and senses of development of our civilization – not only universal, but also general space, – coordinated with laws of evolution of a matter in the universe; 3) incompleteness general methodological representations of determination and causality of the material phenomena and processes, in particular, disclosings of the material nature of self-organizing, its source, interrelations with general systems laws of evolution; 4) incompleteness of conceptual representations about material human nature and his evolution, interrelations with a surrounding Reality, features of properties and activity of objects of high technologies and created artificial essences, uncertainty, risks and negative consequences of scientific- technical activity for the human, a society and the nature. The materials of the analysis of modern concepts of civilization developments submitted in article emphasizes the importance of statement of a problem of creation humanistic focused ideology of scientific-technical, social and moral-spiritual development. Accordingly, at the subsequent stages of our researches the decision of the following theoretical works is required: definition of substantive provisions humanistic focused ideology of scientific-technical, social and moral-spiritual development (in view of the revealed features and restrictions of modern concepts); the analysis of consequences of substantive provisions of suggested ideology and statement of problems of its realization in existing conditions of development of high technologies and social-public relations.
