ТЕСТ НА СКЛАДЫВАНИЕ КУБА И ЕГО ПСИХОТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Аннотация. Данная статья посвящена описанию психотехнического теста на складывание куба, основанному на уже известном тесте – кубе Линка. H.C. Link –американский психотехник 1920-30-х гг., много работавший над созданием психологических методик для профориентации и профподбора. С.М. Василейский предложил свою модификацию теста, обнаружив в имеющемся варианте неудобства. В предлагаемом варианте испытуемый должен составить из 27 кубиков с разноцветными сторонами (белой, красной и зеленой) большой куб, ребро которого состоит из 3 кубиков, а грань из 9, таким образом, чтобы он со всех сторон имел один заранее указанный цвет. Кубики деревянные, с покрашенными масляной краской сторонами 6Х6 см (также можно оклеить глянцевой цветной бумагой в порядке, определенном в специальной таблице). Для групповых испытаний важно иметь в лаборатории несколько кубов (4-6). В психотехнической лаборатории испытатели теста столкнулись с тем, что некоторые испытуемые сильно затягивают время (порой больше 15 минут), поэтому введение временного коэффициента в сводную оценку испытуемого затруднительно, и постановка группового испытания неудобна из-за строго фиксирования времени. В виду этого Василейский и его сотрудники установили такой временной промежуток: на серию из 3-х складываний выделили 16 минут (7 минут, 5 минут, 4 минуты), и процесс испытаний ускорился. Оценивая работу испытуемых по тесту, было решено учитывать количество правильно выполненных элементов, количество ошибок, и наиболее удобной формулой в этом случае была формула Уиппла, предложенная им для обработки теста Бурдона. В результате получился синтетический тест, позволявший легче выявить наличие профессионально-важных свойств у испытуемых.
Abstract. This article is devoted to the description of the psychotechnical folding cube test, based on the well-known test – Link's cube. H.C. Link was an American psychotechnician of the 1920s and 1930s who worked hard on the creation of psychological methods for career guidance and career selection. S.M. Vasileisky proposed his own modification of the test, finding inconveniences in the existing version. In the proposed version, the subject must make a large cube out of 27 cubes with multi-colored sides (white, red and green), the edge of which consists of 3 cubes, and the face of 9, so that it has one pre-specified color on all sides. Wooden cubes with sides painted with oil paint 6x6 cm (can also be pasted over with glossy colored paper in the order specified in the special table). For group tests, it is important to have several cubes (4-6) in the laboratory. In the psychotechnical laboratory, the test examiners encountered the fact that some subjects take a lot of time (sometimes more than 15 minutes), so it was difficult to introduce a time coefficient into the subject's summary assessment, and setting up a group test was inconvenient due to strict time fixing. In view of this, Vasileisky and his staff set the following time interval: 16 minutes were allocated for a series of 3 foldings (7 minutes, 5 minutes, 4 minutes), and the testing process accelerated. Evaluating the work of the subjects on the test, it was decided to take into account the number of correctly completed elements, the number of errors, and the most convenient formula in this case was the Whipple formula, proposed by him for processing the Bourdon test. The result was a synthetic test that made it easier to identify the presence of professionally important properties in the subjects.
