ДОВЕРИЕ ТЕХНИКЕ РАБОТНИКОВ С РАЗНЫМ СТАЖЕМ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ

Аннотация: В статье представлены результаты исследования доверия технике работников локомотивных бригад железнодорожного транспорта с разным стажем профессиональной деятельности. Использована авторская типология доверия технике, в соответствии с которой участники исследования были дифференцированы по типам, основанным на сочетании двух факторов: оценок работниками надежности и освоенности техники. Определено, что опыт взаимодействия с техникой, во-первых, является одним из факторов формирования типа доверия ей, во-вторых, способствует оптимизации степени доверия технике. Показано, что основания доверия работника технике могут меняться в зависимости от стажа деятельности.

Abstract: The results of the study of trust to the equipment of employees of locomotive brigades of railway transport with different experience of professional activity are presented in the article. The author 's typology of trust to the equipment was used, according to which the participants of the study were differentiated by types based on a combination of two factors: estimates by employees of reliability and mastery of equipment. It has been determined that experience of interaction with equipment, firstly, is one of the factors of formation of a type of trust to it, secondly, contributes to optimization of the degree of trust to the equipment. It is shown that the grounds of trust of the employee of the equipment can change depending on the length of activity.
