Аннотация: Константин Константинович Платонов представляет собой редкий тип ученого, внесшего заметный вклад в развитие многих отраслей психологии, в том числе – психологию труда, которой он начал заниматься еще в 1920-х гг. Тогда психология труда в Советском Союзе выступала под названием «психотехника». Основная деятельность Платонова-психотехника пришлась на 1932-1934 гг., когда он возглавил психофизиологическую лабораторию на Горьковском автомобильном заводе. Лаборатория в 1932 г. была немно-гочисленной – два сотрудника и руководитель Платонов, а в 1934 г. увели-чилась до 60 человек; также выросли ее площади – от трех маленьких комнат в заводоуправлении до целого этажа новой заводской поликлиники. Объем запланированных лабораторией работ был весьма значителен: расстановка рабочей силы, внедрение и рационализация женского труда, рационализация режима труда и отдыха в связи с нормированием прибавочного времени на утомляемость, изучение и классификация профессий автозавода, разработка методик психотехнических испытаний, разработка медицинских показаний и противопоказаний по отдельным специальностям и др. В своей статье-отчете по итогам двух лет деятельности лаборатории «Пути и некоторые итоги ра-боты психофизиологической лаборатории Горьковского автомобильного за-вода» Платонов предстает как талантливый организатор – он выполнил практически все намеченное. В 1934 г. его откомандировали в Челябинск на тракторный завод, где он продолжил исследования по психологии труда.
Abstract: Konstantin Konstantinovich Platonov is a rare type of scientist who made a significant contribution to the development of many branches of psychology, including the psychology of labor, which he began to study back in the 1920s. Then the psychology of labor in the Soviet Union was called "psychotechnics". The main activity of Platonov as a psychotechnician fell on 1932-1934, when he headed the psychophysiological laboratory at the Gorky Automobile Plant. The laboratory was small in 1932 - two employees and Platonov, and in 1934 it in-creased to 60 people: its area also increased - from three small rooms in the plant management to an entire floor of the new factory polyclinic. The amount of work planned by the laboratory was very significant: the distribution of the workforce, the introduction and rationalization of female labor, the rationalization of the work and rest regime in connection with the standardization of the extra time for fatigue, the study and classification of the automobile plant professions, the de-velopment of psychotechnical test methods, the development of medical indica-tions and contraindications for individual specialties, etc. In his article-report on the results of two years of activity of the laboratory "Ways and some results of the work of the psychophysiological laboratory of the Gorky Automobile Plant" Platonov appears as a talented organizer - he fulfilled almost everything planned. In 1934 he was sent to Chelyabinsk to the tractor plant, where he continued his psychotechnical research.
