Аннотация: В статье, посвященной 165-летию В.М. Бехтерева и 100-летию Первой Всероссийской инициативной конференции по научной организации труда и производства (20-27 января 1921 г.), анализируется вклад В.М. Бехтерева в основание психологии труда. Несмотря на небольшое количество его работ, по рефлексологии труда, затрагивающих проблемы психологии труда, в них заложены все те основные пункты, по которым в дальнейшем развивалась советская психотехника и психология труда: изучение процесса труда с точки зрения механики, анатомии, физиологии, биохимии и рефлексологии; изучение личности трудящихся применительно к условиям труда; изучение условий и самой обстановки труда; изучение производственных процессов; изучение организации труда; изучение бытовых условий трудящихся; распространение соответствующих знаний в народе и подготовка практических деятелей; собирание материалов, показательных данных, относящихся к труду и личности трудящихся. Важным пунктом в содержании выступлений и статей Бехтерева по психологии труда является его антитейлористская позиция, которую он неустанно подчеркивал. Он считал, что система Тейлора, серьезно повышающая производительность труда, не показывает, как интенсификация труда отражается на здоровье рабочего, не учитывает личность рабочего, требует контроля психологов и врачей. Бехтерев настаивал на регулярном учете количества и качества сделанной работы, выяснении условий утомления, установлении целесообразного расходования в труде нервно-мышечной энергии человека; предварительном инструктировании каждого рабочего, непрерывном образовании трудящихся, способствующем формированию интереса к труду.

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the 165th anniversary of V.M. Bekhterev and the 100th anniversary of the First All-Russian Initiative Conference on the Scientific Organization of Labor and Production (January 20-27, 1921) and analyzes the contribution of V.M. Bekhterev to the basis of labor psychology. Despite the small number of his works on labor reflexology, which touched upon the problems of labor psychology, they contained all the main points on which Soviet psychotechnics and labor psychology were subsequently developed: the study of the labor process from the point of view of mechanics, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and reflexology; the study of the personality of workers in relation to working conditions; the study of the conditions and the working environment itself; the study of production processes; the study of the labor organization; the study of the living conditions of workers; dissemination of relevant knowledge among the people and training of practitioners; collection of materials, revealing data relating to the work and personality of workers. An important point in the content of Bekhterev's speeches and articles on the labor psychology was his anti-Taylorist position, which he tirelessly emphasized. He believed that the Taylor's system, which seriously increases labor productivity, does not show how the intensification of labor affects the health of the worker, does not take into account the personality of the worker; requires the control by psychologists and doctors. Bekhterev insisted on regular accounting of the quantity and quality of the work done, clarifying the conditions of fatigue, establishing the expenditure of human neuromuscular energy in labor; preliminary instructioning of each worker, continuous education of workers, contributing to the formation of interest in work.
