ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНАЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ СУБЪЕКТА КАК ПРЕДМЕТ ДИСЦИПЛИНЫ «ПСИХОЛОГИЯ ТРУДА»

Аннотация. Цель исследования: рефлексия возможностей, подходов и способов решения комплекса методологических и методических задач в процессе разработки проблемы эволюции профессиональной деятельности субъекта (в русле дисциплины психология труда). Методы: историко-теоретический, предметно-категориальный анализ. Назначение статьи – приглашение к научной дискуссии. Отмечая историческую эволюцию трудовой и иной деятельности, как и ее субъекта, выделяя три основных стадии эволюции, три основных формы организации деятельности человека - занятие (упражнения, увлечения, работа), ремесло, профессия (профессиональная деятельность), а также - три уровня динамики их изменений, три «темпоральных регистра»: тысячелетия – столетия и десятилетия – годы (как деятельности субъекта), - обсуждаются вопросы предмета психологии труда как научной дисциплины и ее понятийного аппарата. Подводя итоги обсуждения затронутых вопросов, в заключении выделяются четыре взаимосвязанные проблемы, разработка которых позволила бы шаг за шагом приближаться к решению назревших задач дисциплины. Первая - унификация дисциплинарного тезауруса, приведение множества рабочих понятий к их взаимной согласованности, расширяющей возможности их трансляции в другие области дисциплины, способствующей их потенциальной интеграции с рабочими понятиями других гуманитарных дисциплин. Рассматривается опыт автора и возможные пути решения выделенной выше задачи. Вторая - выделение предельных задач и ключевого предмета нашей дисциплинарной области (психологии труда) на данном историческом этапе ее развития. В психологии труда на данном этапе предлагается рассматривать в качестве предмета психологическое сопровождение профессионального становления субъекта. Третья - описание и классификация типичных ситуаций типичных НИР. Предлагается один из основных классов задач определить как методы и методология полевых исследований, т.е. в пространстве-времени работы человека в организации. Четвертая – выявление условий, разработка подходов, способствующих интеграции смежных отраслей психологии (психология труда, психология спорта и др.) в целостную дисциплинарную область.

Abstract. The purpose of the study: reflection of the possibilities, approaches and methods for solving a set of methodological and methodological problems in the process of developing the problem of the evolution of the subject's professional activity (in line with the discipline of labor psychology). Methods: historical-theoretical, subject-categorical analysis. The purpose of the article is an invitation to scientific discussion. Noting the historical evolution of labor and other activities, as well as its subject, highlighting the three main stages of evolution, the three main forms of organization of human activity - occupation (exercises, hobbies, work), craft, profession (professional activity), as well as three levels of their dynamics changes, three "temporal registers": millennia - centuries and decades - years (as the activity of the subject), - the issues of the subject of labor psychology as a scientific discipline and its conceptual apparatus are discussed. Summing up the results of the discussion of the issues raised, in conclusion, four interrelated problems are singled out, the development of which would make it possible step by step to approach the solution of the urgent problems of the discipline. The first is the unification of the disciplinary thesaurus, bringing many working concepts to their mutual consistency, expanding the possibilities of their translation into other areas of the discipline, contributing to their potential integration with the working concepts of other humanitarian disciplines. The experience of the author and possible ways of solving the above problem are considered. The second is the identification of the ultimate tasks and the key subject of our disciplinary field (labor psychology) at this historical stage of its development. In the psychology of labor at this stage, it is proposed to consider as a subject the psychological support of the professional development of the subject. The third one is a description and classification of typical situations of typical R&D. It is proposed to define one of the main classes of tasks as methods and methodology of field research, i.e. in the space-time of a person's work in an organization. The fourth is the identification of conditions, the development of approaches that contribute to the integration of related branches of psychology (labor psychology, sports psychology, etc.) into an integral disciplinary field.
